Thaw the Brioche Bun
as directed on the packet.
Grill the burger and tofu. Put a dollop of BBQ sauce on the burger and season the tofu with freshly ground salt and pepper.
Open the Brioche Bun and assemble your burger: first the kimchi, then the patty, tofu, spring onion and coriander. Also crumble some nori or furikake on top.
Serve immediately!
