This lovely delight combines the best of 2 worlds. The grill-like taste of the beef patty contrasts beautifully with the sweetness of the caramelized bananas.

Defrost the brioche bun (60’ at 22°C).
< Max 1 hour in advance >
Prepare a caramel sauce and add the bananas in it. Tip: add some water to stop the caramelization of the sugar.
Bake the burger medium rare.
Build up the burger by starting with the peanut butter, the beef patty and the caramelized bananas.
Finish the recipe with the BBQ sauce, the bacon strips and chopped peanuts to add some crunch.
