With the taste of Saint Tropez in its core, this sweet burger offers the smooth sweetness of Tropézienne and custard. A dash of acidity was added through red fruits and lemon & orange zest, while the caramelised Macadamia nuts add an extra crunch to the recipe.

Prepare a traditional vanilla custard.
Prepare a dry caramel sauce. When the colour is golden brown, poor the macadamia nuts in it.

Defrost the brioche bun (60’ at 22°C).S
First, slightly toast the inside of both the top and bottom bun.
Build up the sweet burger: begin with the custard cream and decorate with the red fruits and macadamia nuts.
Close the burger and serve immediately!
