Thaw and bake the Country Style white baguette as directed on the packet. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
Cut the baguette in two. Slice the brie. Top one half with the turkey and brie.
Grill one half (e.g. under the salamander) until the brie has melted.
Top with the lettuce, cranberry-mustard and freshly ground salt and pepper. Place the other side on top.
Serve immediately!

Tip 1
"Choose a creamy brie as it melts extra well. I love the classic Brie de Meaux, but you can also look for a more affordable cream brie without an AOC label."
Tip 2
"Little gem is one of the most versatile lettuces, thanks to its unique shape. You can grill these firm lettuce leaves to create a maillard reaction and add a delicious grilled flavour and extra crunch. "
Tip 3
"No cranberry compote available? Other compotes, jams or red fruit-based jams also pair well with brie. Pear or tomato-based compote is also worth trying!"
The Country Style baguette is available in white and brown, whole or demi. What makes the Country Style unique? The baguettes have a rustic look and feel, thanks in part to the flour on the crust. They also have a distinctive flavour thanks to the rich grain mix of wheat, rye and malt. This blend offers a special toasted flavour.
