What do you do on an average day at La Lorraine Bakery Group?
Andrzej: “I often say I'm a very happy man because I don't have to go to work. I'm living my passion at La Lorraine Bakery Group. I learn about new products and then create unique recipes. I share my knowledge and experience with others to support them. And my love for the products and cooking is obvious in everything I do. I used to work mainly with external customers, chefs and food service, but now I also do some internal tasks like photoshoots and writing recipes. It's very enjoyable!”
What tips and tricks would you like to share with our B2B customers?
Andrzej: “Although there are many delicious trends (see below), the foundation of baking is always the same: water, flour, yeast and salt. It's important that these basic ingredients are always the very best quality. Our customers can rest easy knowing they can count on us for that. Whatever innovation we launch, we keep the ingredients and production process as authentic and natural as possible. It's no accident that we are including more and more sourdough products in our assortment - an ancient technique.”
What tasty trends do you see on the horizon?
Andrzej: “As well as the popularity of sourdough, we are also seeing a rise in demand for fast bake-off breads and healthy breads. Not just fiber rich breads but also protein rich breads, vegan breads and gluten-free breads. In short: our assortment has something for everyone. Moreover, we love to help our customers select the right products so they can provide their own customers with exactly what they are looking for.”
